Gary joined JLL in early 2004. Prior to joining JLL Gary worked with another agency specialising in Brisbane's Southern and Western industrial property market. With over 15 years experience, Gary has an intimate knowledge of the market and specialises in investment and vacant possession sales, sale and leaseback transactions, land estate marketing, project marketing, leasing and pre leasing requirements. Gary's contacts and track record in these markets make him a valuable part of the industrial team.

During Gary's time with JLL, his focus has been primarily on the Southern suburbs and the Western Corridor and therefore has extensive knowledge of these precincts. This has resulted in a number of high profile transactions in the region, including the former Wacol Army Barracks ($48.1 million), Swanbank Enterprise Park ($21 million) 408 Stapylton Road ($60 million) and the Radius Industrial City Investment Portfolio ($43.15 million).
