Luke is a Director in the Sales and Investments business of JLL, specialising in the sale of commercial office assets in the Brisbane CBD and Near City markets. Primarily, his focus is institutional grade investment assets and significant development opportunities. Luke is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and is a Certified Practising Valuer with experience that provides market leading financial capability, which is particularly important in the current market. Prior to joining the Sales and Investments team, Luke was a Director of the Valuations and Advisory division of JLL. Over an eight-year period his core area of expertise was the valuation of institutional grade Brisbane CBD and Near City commercial office assets for a variety of purposes, of which include financial reporting, acquisition, disposal, mortgage security and investment.
