As a senior member of the JLL National Capital Markets team, I am responsible for major commercial sales within Melbourne with a particular focus on institutional grade office assets, capital partnering, joint ventures, fund-through and other structured financial deals. Working with both local and international clients to advise them on divestment and acquisition strategies whilst managing the implementation and execution of transactions.
I have worked with and for a broad client base of private, local and international investors, managing a wide range of high profile asset transactions.
I have a passion for the investment and development sectors of the commercial real estate market. And with a background in both office property and financial markets, along with having been a qualified commercial valuer, I pride myself on an ability to draw upon an extensive network of investors (domestic and offshore) whilst providing exceptional underwriting material to ensure maximum interest and competitive tension is created in a sales campaign.
