Current Responsibilities

As Executive Director for Capital Markets Australia, Simon specialises in the sale of institutional office transactions in the Sydney CBD and metropolitan markets together with the broader national market. Simon’s focus is on existing stabilised assets and development projects with an emphasis on both forward funded structures and capital partnering. Given Simon’s extensive overseas capital network he provides an extension of the JLL international team.

Simon’s expertise in the commercial property market has seen him involved in major office transactions nationally, and has transacted over $20 billion worth of property across Australia, having developed an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the market.

Experience

Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property industry having worked predominantly in valuations, leasing, funds management and capital transactions. He joined JLL in November 2008, having spent the previous seven years with the Dexus Property Group where he was responsible for capital transactions across all sectors in the Australian market.
