It has wet season access into Roses yards near the Stuart Highway. Forrest Hill contains 2 sets of yards both accommodating for approximately 1,500 head. The property contains 13 equipped bores (5 solar equipped), 24 tanks and 5 dams. It is fenced into 7 main paddocks and three laneways mostly 4 barb and some 3 barb. Average yearly BOM measured rainfall at Larrimah (close to the north eastern boundary) is 860mm.
