Martin James

Martin has been involved with the South Australian and National Industrial property markets for over 25 years. He has been directly involved in all aspects of Industrial property including management, leasing, sale and development across multiple states, achieving outstanding outcomes for his many and varied clients.

Prior to returning to JLL, Martin was Head of Landside Property Development at Adelaide and Parafield Airports and has also successfully completed the Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program.

Most recently Martin also worked for a National Property Investment Manager looking after 20+ industrial assets across Victoria and South Australia.
