As Head of Office Leasing Australia, an Executive Director of the Firm and member of the Regional and Global Leasing Boards, Tim has a career in the commercial property industry spanning over 24 years.
Tim leads a team of more than 70 leasing professionals across Australia to bring a strategic, proactive approach, be it a new development or the leasing of commercial real estate assets, helping owners to optimise financial performance and developers create lasting legacies for our capital cities.
Tim started his commercial real estate career in Sydney prior to moving to Hong Kong with Savills in 2001. Tim joined CBRE in Hong Kong in 2004 and then relocated to Shanghai in 2006 as Head of Office Services where he was responsible for the direction and management of the tenant and landlord representation teams before returning to Australia in December 2010.
This broad based experience allows Tim to add international connectivity to leverage the teams corporate relationships, worldwide knowledge and best practice to deliver superior service to our office clients and further enhance and entrench the firm's relationships.
