Will is the Head of Office Leasing for NSW. In addition to his management and leadership responsibilities, he is focused on developing marketing & leasing strategies for office projects, sourcing prospective tenants, negotiating commercial terms and securing commitments with major occupiers. Will has 13 years of experience in commercial property, across leasing, transactions and asset management, both at JLL and Dexus.
Will joined JLL Office Leasing in 2015 and was based in Singapore in 2018 where he was responsible for the management of over 160,000 square metres of leased and owned real estate across Asia Pacific on behalf of global corporate occupier clients. He was responsible for advising on portfolio strategy and managing transactions. Will returned to Sydney in 2019 and has been instrumental in working with key landlords and developers such as Lendlease, Charter Hall, Mirvac, Dexus, GPT and AMP Capital on major leasing appointments across the CBD and North Sydney.
His experience working with corporate occupiers across Asia Pacific has allowed him to gain in-depth understandings of the operations and processes of a variety of corporates. These insights into how different organisations think and function is valuable when managing transactions and strategic negotiations on behalf of landlord and developer clients.
