In addition, the building will be constructed using a ‘hybrid’ timber and concrete construction utilising sustainable timber for the front structural bay of the floorplate, allowing for approximately 15% less concrete than an equivalent building without this design approach.
The floorplates provide versatile and sustainable workplace solutions based on industry leading design principles. The commercial areas allow for single, dual and multi tenant layouts. The building is currently 90% leased and we have two remaining areas available.
