Designed to achieve a new benchmark in commercial office accommodation in Canberra by acclaimed architectural firm Bates Smart, Vernon, Constitution Place located in the core of the Canberra CBD, will be a premium commercial building that promises to meet the ever changing needs of businesses and their employees.

Offering expansive views and superior finishes, the development will be the final stage in the vibrant Constitution Place development comprising of approximately 60,000 sqm. Recognised as the best mixed-use precinct in Australia by the Property Council of Australia in 2022, Constitution Place stands as a contemporary urban hub that integrates retail, food and beverage, office spaces, health and wellbeing. The activated laneway boasts some of Canberra’s top dining and retail options, including ARC café, The Meat & Wine Co, Mu Omakase and Cicada Bar, Hero Sushi, Tenkomori Ramen Bar, and Club Lime gymnasium, plus a 5-Star 130 room A by Adina premium hotel.

Vernon, Constitution Place promises to be a new generation of building, leading the way in environmental sustainability as well as design. Targeting a 5.5 Star NABERS and 5-Star Greenstar, the 15,000 sqm building will be serviced by 100% electric plant allowing it to be carbon neutral in operation. In addition, the building will be constructed using a ‘hybrid’ timber and concrete construction utilising sustainable timber for the front structural bay of the floorplate, allowing for approximately 15% less concrete than an equivalent building without this design approach.

The floorplates provide versatile and sustainable workplace solutions based on industry leading design principles. The commercial areas allow for single, dual and multi tenant layouts. The building is currently 90% leased and we have two remaining areas available.

Hub Australia will be managing a flexible workspace over the whole of Level 1, as well as an array of meeting rooms on the ground floor, providing additional versatility within the building.
